NTT DATA is seeking a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) in a remote capacity to support clients by identifying and resolving incidents, maintaining SLAs and ensuring continuity of service. This entry level role focuses on remote troubleshooting, incident resolution, and coordination with clients and suppliers to drive issues to resolution.

You will use knowledge articles and standard procedures, log incidents, and monitor service delivery against SLAs while expanding your expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or Computing.
• Associate-level networking certifications (Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc.).
• Entry-level experience in networking and technical support is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate in region and provide remote technical support to clients.
• Identify and resolve technical incidents and problems.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and collect performance data.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
• Document incidents and maintain records in tracking systems.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and colleagues to expedite resolutions.
