Job summary

NTT DATA is hiring a Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to provide professional remote technical support and drive incidents to resolution. You will work in a remote-capable role, ensuring zero SLA misses and continuous service recovery.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in IT or Computing and entry-level networking knowledge, with certifications preferred. This role focuses on incident diagnosis, coordination with vendors, and maintaining CI configurations while operating remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level networking certifications such as Cisco/Juniper/Aruba/CCNA/JNCIA/ACMA.
• Entry level experience in Networking technologies and remote client support.

Responsibilities

• Maintains the support process and handles requests following procedures.
• Uses service assurance tools to diagnose problems and report findings.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Provides remote technical support and ensures SLA adherence.
• Escalates incidents and coordinates with stakeholders to resolve issues.
