Candidates should have a IT or computing background with networking fundamentals and entry-level certifications. The position is remote with a focus on cross-cultural collaboration and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computing required.
• Associate level certification in networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA, etc. preferred.
• Entry level experience in Networking technologies including routing, switching, Wireless, SDI distribution, core and access layers.

Responsibilities

• Operate in region and provide remote technical support to clients.
• Identify and resolve incidents to meet SLA targets.
• Use service assurance tools to diagnose problems and generate reports.
• Maintain records of incidents and configuration items (CIs).
• Escalate unresolved incidents and follow up until resolution.
