NTT DATA is seeking an entry level Networking Remote Field Service Engineer (L1) to operate in region and provide professional remote technical support to clients by identifying and resolving incidents, driving to resolution and ensuring zero missed SLA conditions.

Key responsibilities include maintaining the support process, using service assurance tools, diagnosing problems, performing maintenance, logging incidents, and coordinating with clients and vendors to ensure timely resolutions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computing or related field.
• Associate level certification in different Networking technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, F5, CCNA, JNCIA, ACMA etc.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains the support process and ensures requests for support are handled per procedures.
• Uses service assurance software to investigate and diagnose problems; collects performance stats and creates reports.
• Identifies and resolves problems following agreed procedures.
• Carries out agreed maintenance tasks and documents resolutions.
• Monitors service delivery against SLAs and logs incidents with required details.
• Escalates unresolved incidents and follows up until resolution; provides service recovery as needed.
• Keeps configuration items accurate and secure; logs changes and protects assets from unauthorized use.
• Cooperates with stakeholders to expedite diagnosis and identify resolutions.
