Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Low-touch Customer Success Manager based in Spain to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across EMEA in a remote-first environment. You will lead onboarding, drive adoption, and coordinate renewals while translating product usage into measurable business outcomes.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor health, identify risks, and develop scalable CS playbooks.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing enterprise SaaS accounts.
• Proven ability leading onboarding, adoption, and quarterly business reviews.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss IT environments and integrations.
• Commercial experience in renewals and expansion.
• Analytical mindset with ROI storytelling and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~30 enterprise customers across EMEA.
• Lead kickoffs and success planning with stakeholders to align objectives.
• Coordinate onboarding for IT and business audiences and resolve challenges.
• Establish regular engagement through health checks and reviews.
• Monitor health indicators and escalate risks proactively.
• Translate product usage into measurable business outcomes and ROI.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with Account Executives.
• Collaborate with Support, Solutions Eng, Product, and Sales teams.
• Share customer feedback to inform roadmap priorities.
• Develop scalable CS playbooks and processes for retention.
