Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Support based in Spain to lead and scale the customer support function for AI-powered wellness products. You will manage a remote, multinational team, define scalable processes, and introduce automation to improve efficiency and service quality across the customer journey.

The role focuses on subscription management, retention, and turning support data into insights for product, marketing, and user experience improvements.

Qualifications

• At least five years in customer support with leadership experience.
• Experience with subscription-based digital products is preferred.
• Strong KPI and performance optimization experience.

Responsibilities

• Own overall customer support strategy and daily operations across products.
• Lead a remote, multinational support team and oversee recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Define and monitor CSAT, response/resolution times, refunds, and other KPIs.
• Develop and improve SLAs, escalation processes, templates, and knowledge bases.
• Oversee subscription management, billing issues, and collaboration with finance.
• Drive retention strategies and analyze support data to inform product and marketing.
