Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a hands-on Product Owner (Customer Experience) based in Spain to own the end-to-end customer journey across a portfolio of consumer-facing products. You will identify friction points, run AI-powered analytics, and translate insights into measurable growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value.

This remote role offers autonomy and broad product ownership for a million-strong audience.

Qualifications

Experience as a Product Owner/PM or equivalent in B2C products.
Hands-on ownership from idea to execution.
Experience with AI-powered product analytics.
Strong understanding of product metrics and user journey analysis.
Knowledge of unit economics and profitability.
Ability to own business metrics beyond conversions.

Responsibilities

Own the customer journey end-to-end from registration to long-term engagement.
Identify friction points and growth opportunities across the funnel.
Use AI-powered tools to explore product analytics (e.g., BigQuery via MCP).
Translate findings into hypotheses and actionable opportunities.
Write concise product briefs and drive initiatives through specs, prototyping, development and release.
Collaborate with developers, analysts and designers to deliver improvements.
Prioritize backlog by value to users and the business.
Connect product initiatives to measurable business outcomes like revenue and profitability.
Monitor performance and scale successful experiments.
