Jobgether is seeking a Deployment Strategist for the public sector, based in Spain. You will own post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of public sector organizations across the EMEA region, driving onboarding, product adoption, and measurable outcomes.

You will design AI-powered workflows, monitor account health, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support renewals and product development in a remote-first, international environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Customer Success, Deployment Strategy, or other post-sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and activation for EMEA public sector customers with clear onboarding plans and measurable adoption.
• Define success criteria and adoption benchmarks across product usage and engagement.
• Design AI-powered workflows that integrate data from multiple platforms to automate health reporting and reviews.
• Monitor account health, anticipate renewal risks, and develop retention strategies.
• Collaborate with investigators to expand use cases and improve onboarding materials.
