Jobgether is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager (Italian-speaking) based in Europe to manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts across Europe. You will act as a trusted advisor, drive onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth while coordinating with Sales and cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, educate clients on AI-powered video solutions, and proactively identify risks and expansion

Formación

• Proven customer-facing experience in CSM/Account Management roles in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts and driving KPIs.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts across Europe, focusing on Italian-speaking customers.
• Build trusted advisor relationships and demonstrate measurable value to customers.
• Lead onboarding and implementation to ensure successful product adoption.
• Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and support account growth.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels, including executives and C-suite, to drive ROI.
• Educate customers on AI-powered video solutions and identify relevant use cases.
