Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Head of Customer Success for our B2B loyalty and partner platforms, based in Spain. You will own the customer lifecycle, from onboarding and integration to performance optimization and long-term value realization, leveraging AI-powered workflows.

This is a fully remote role, with international collaboration across a worldwide team. You will lead onboarding, drive partner success, and shape scalable CS processes.

Qualifications

Fluency in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication.
5+ years in customer success, account management, or partner onboarding.
Experience in loyalty, SaaS or payments industries.
Experience with AI automation and AI tools like Claude.
Hands-on CRM and API integration know-how.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end onboarding and ongoing success management for B2B customers.
Guide partners through launch, integration, balance top-ups, and listings.
Maintain relationships as primary contact and maximize partner value.
Collaborate with sales to align CS strategies and KPIs.
Improve campaign visibility and performance across partner channels.
Maintain a high-quality CRM in HubSpot and use AI to log interactions.
