Job summary

Danaher is seeking an experienced Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations across MEDNA, ensuring timely, accurate and compliant delivery while partnering with HR, Finance and external vendors.

Reporting to the Director of EMEA Payroll, the role manages a multi‑level payroll team, drives process improvements, controls, audits, and KPI reporting, and supports system enhancements with HRIS and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7–9 years payroll experience.
• 3–5 years in EMEA payrolls with regulatory focus.
• CPP certification and leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles for MEDNA region.
• Prepare external and internal payroll audit documentation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance across countries and regions.
• Lead payroll team performance and capacity planning.
• Maintain payroll process documentation and iterate improvements.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll reports.
