Job summary

Danaher is seeking a Manager, EMEA Payroll to lead end-to-end payroll operations across the MEDNA region, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery while partnering with HR, Finance and external vendors.

The role supports a remote work arrangement and reports to the Director of EMEA Payroll, with responsibility for team leadership, process improvements, audits, and KPI tracking across multiple jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• CPP Certification.
• 3–5 years experience in processing and managing complex EMEA payrolls.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Approve payroll payments and conduct audits for accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with country and region labor laws and tax requirements.
• Lead payroll team performance, capacity planning and development.
• Maintain and update payroll process documentation and support system enhancements.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to provide payroll-related reports and insights.
