Deliverect is seeking a Solutions Consultant to drive growth for our Enterprise clientele by delivering strategic guidance and deep technical expertise across complex integrations. You will bridge developer ecosystems with business operations while shaping adoption paths and product roadmaps.

This role offers 3 days in a local European office and 2 days remote, or fully remote depending on location, with a focus on high-impact, multi-phased projects and strong executive communication.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English is required & any additional languages are a plus.
• 3+ years of client-facing experience managing complex, multi-phased technical implementations or project lifecycles within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience working directly within a technical scope (REST APIs, webhooks, integration architectures, and developer documentation).
• Deep API & Integration Literacy: ability to read, navigate, and architect solutions using complex API documentation, REST APIs, webhooks, middleware systems, and token authentication.
• Executive-Level Communication: strong verbal and written skills with C-suite stakeholders and non-technical leaders.
• Systems & Troubleshooting Aptitude: systematic approach to end-to-end data flows and root-cause thinking.
• Automation & Tooling Experience: Proficiency with Python and Google Apps Script, plus API testing tools like Postman or Bruno.
• Technical Analytics: experience with Looker, BigQuery, or Grafana to monitor system health.

Aufgaben

• Analyze complex enterprise customer workflows and translate requirements into scalable implementations.
• Guide clients on best practices, integration architectures, and optimized ways of working.
• Act as technical advisor to leads and executives, communicating complex concepts clearly.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay VOC feedback and influence roadmaps.
• Prioritize initiatives and adapt to shifting requirements in high-pressure settings.
• Lead onboarding and adoption with end-to-end testing and tailored training.
• Troubleshoot integration and API challenges and drive resolutions.
• Document platform bugs and mentor teammates to raise technical standards.
