Feedzai is seeking a Solution Consulting Manager for the EMEA region. You will lead a high-performing team delivering the RiskOps platform to top financial institutions across the region.

In a remote role, you will partner with the EMEA GM and regional stakeholders to shape go-to-market, drive deal strategy, and ensure alignment between Sales, Product, and Delivery. Travel up to 30% is required.

Formación

• Proven Leadership: 2+ years of experience managing, leading, or mentoring pre-sales / solution consulting professionals.
• Solution Consulting Expertise: 7+ years in enterprise B2B software as a Solution Consultant / Pre-sales Engineer.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep experience in Financial Services, with expertise in Financial Crime, Risk Management, or Fraud Prevention.
• Executive Presence & Strategic Alignment: Ability to partner with senior leaders including GMs, VP of Sales, and C-level executives.
• Enablement & Operational Mindset: History of scalable enablement programs for technical sales teams.
• Growth-Stage & SaaS Experience: Experience in fast-paced enterprise SaaS environments.
• Education: BS or Masters in Computer Science, STEM degree, or equivalent.
• Travel & Work Environment: Remote role with travel up to 30% across EMEA.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and empower the EMEA Solution Consulting team to deliver the RiskOps platform.
• Drive deal strategy, enablement, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, and Delivery.
• Align regional resources with revenue targets and GTM initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders in high-impact opportunities and participate in executive interactions.
• Manage pipeline and staffing to ensure coverage and execution.
• Partner with Product and Delivery teams to convey regional needs and roadmap input.
