SIXT is building a new remote customer service department in Spain to support customers globally. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or video and assist with rental processes, verification, and self-service troubleshooting.

Formación

• Customer orientation to understand and anticipate customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Clear and persuasive communication to facilitate understanding and collaboration.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, including night shifts.
• Collaborative mindset working with an international team.
• Ability to identify problems quickly and propose effective solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
• Assist with vehicle rental questions and closing reservations.
• Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
• Provide technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot in self-service.
• Collaborate with SIXT branches across countries.
• Promote additional sales opportunities and improvements.
