SIXT is expanding a new customer service department in a remote environment. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, or video calls and assist with vehicle rental and pickup processes, including reservations.

You’ll verify information and provide support, while offering technical help during key pickups and issues in the self-service area. You will collaborate with SIXT branches across countries and engage in upselling and service improvements.

Formación

• Fluent in German, English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
• Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, as well as closing reservations.
• Verify customer information and provide related assistance.
• Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section.
• Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries.
• Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements.
