SIXT seeks motivated individuals to join a new remote customer services department supporting customers internationally, 24/7. You will help resolve inquiries and ensure a smooth rental experience.

The role offers a permanent contract, access to SIXT AI tools, an attractive salary with bonuses, telework allowance, and a 30% night shift premium for late hours, plus flexible remote work across Spain.

Formación

• Excellent ability to understand and anticipate customer needs, ensuring satisfaction with every interaction.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages (Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch) are a plus.
• Clear and persuasive communication to facilitate understanding and collaboration.
• Able to adapt to a dynamic environment and night shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, or video calls
• Assist customers with questions related to the vehicle rental and pickup process, as well as closing reservations
• Verify customer information and provide related assistance
• Offer technical support during key pickup and troubleshoot issues in the self-service section
• Collaborate with SIXT branches located in different countries
• Make calls to promote additional sales and improvements
