Job summary

Eaton in Spain is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support the Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business in a 100% remote setup. You will be the main contact through the project lifecycle, handling technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-up while collaborating with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and operations across Europe.

The role focuses on explosion-proof electrical equipment and power distribution solutions, requires a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering and 3+ years in technical

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years in a technical customer support, project coordination, customer service engineering, inside sales, or order management environment.

Responsibilities

• Review specs and prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to meet customer requirements.
• Manage orders from receipt to delivery with accuracy and compliance.
• Be primary contact for customers through project execution with updates.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity progress.
• Provide product support for explosion-proof equipment and solutions.
• Coordinate drawings and technical clarifications with internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers and distributors.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe.
• Drive continuous improvements in CX and operations.
