Pet Media Group is seeking a CRM & Lifecycle Manager to own the customer lifecycle across email, push, in-app and SMS for buyers and breeders across its marketplaces. You will design journeys, turn behavioral data into experiences, and automate workflows to scale engagement across multiple markets.

Daily, you will use AI tools for research, copy, localization and testing, while driving experiments that translate into repeatable systems.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years in CRM or lifecycle marketing with measurable campaign results.
• Hands-on experience with platform-specific segmentation, events and journeys.
• Strong ability to measure, test and iterate campaigns.
• Daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude or ChatGPT) for building, QA, localization and automation.

• Own the customer lifecycle across channels (email, push, in-app, SMS).
• Turn data into actionable journeys and personalized experiences.
• Automate repetitive CRM processes to free up senior time.
