Lingokids is hiring a Senior CRM Manager to own CRM strategy across email, push and in-app messaging. You will design end-to-end journeys, automate personalisation at scale, and collaborate with Product, Data and Design to drive growth.

You will lead Braze setups, leverage AI features, and shape experiments to continuously improve activation, retention and revenue, in a remote-friendly setup based from Madrid or anywhere in Spain.

Formación

• 5+ years in CRM, lifecycle or marketing automation with hands-on ownership.
• Braze platform expertise: Canvas, Liquid, catalogs, API campaigns.

Responsabilidades

• Own and evolve Braze setup: canvases, journeys, segmentation, API campaigns.
• Design self-optimising onboarding, conversion, retention journeys.
• Put BrazeAI to work: predictive timing, content and variant selection.
• Scale production with AI tooling for copy variants and localization.
• Build reusable components, templates, and docs for scalable campaigns.
• Partner with Data to feed better CRM signals and reporting.
• Run continuous experiments (A/B, multivariate) to improve journeys.
• Own quality, deliverability, consent and privacy governance.
• Report CRM impact on conversion and retention to non-CRM stakeholders.
• Stay current with lifecycle marketing and AI-assisted CRM trends.
