Simple Life is seeking a driven Senior CRM Manager to join our team, focusing on monetization within the CRM domain. You’ll balance strategic ownership with hands-on execution, launching experiments, managing high-volume campaigns, and driving growth.

Work cross-functionally with Growth, Design, Analytics, and engineering to align CRM initiatives with business goals. You’ll own technical CRM setup, deliverability, and tool integrations while constantly testing and optimizing journeys.

Formación

• 5+ years of CRM experience with hands-on campaign execution.
• Strong monetization mindset and revenue impact track record.
• Experience with Braze or Customer.io and campaign troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead monetization projects within the CRM team.
• Design and optimize lifecycle journeys for acquisition, conversion, and win-back.
• Manage high volumes of campaigns with flawless execution.
• Develop segmentation and communication strategies through testing and experimentation.
• Build an A/B testing framework and analyze results.
• Ensure deliverability and coordinate with engineering.
• Collaborate with Growth, Design, Analytics and other teams to align CRM initiatives.
• Monitor CRM metrics and prepare actionable insights.
• Own CRM setup, automation, deliverability, and tool integrations.
• Proactively propose process improvements.
