Job summary

Quince is seeking a CRM Marketing Manager to own end-to-end email, SMS, push and in-app campaigns across the UK, Germany, and France. You’ll localize copy, collaborate with Merchandising, Design, Copy, US Marketing, and Tech, and optimize deliverability, segmentation, and testing.

You will manage a multi-market calendar, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive data-driven improvements using Looker and preferred tools. Strong HTML/CSS for briefs is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CRM/email marketing in DTC/ecommerce.
• 3+ years running a full campaign calendar end-to-end.
• Hands-on with Iterable or Braze/Klaviyo/SFMC for multi-market builds.
• Strong multi-stakeholder collaboration with Merchandising, Design, Copy, US Marketing, Tech.
• Knowledge of UK/EU marketing regulations (GDPR, PECR, German/French requirements).
• Segmentation and deliverability fluency (engagement tiers, suppression, frequency caps).
• Experience with SMS, push, and in-app campaigns and HTML/CSS for briefs.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end UK/EU campaign calendar: brief, build, localize, QA and send.
• Localize copy and coordinate with Merchandising, Design, Copy, and US Marketing.
• Own audience segmentation, frequency caps, suppression/consent logic.
• Build and maintain production engine: modular templates, dynamic feeds, reusable blocks.
• Partner with Tech/Data to improve comms (dynamic pricing, live stock) and run testing.
• Own deliverability and list health across three markets.
• Publish monthly insights and generate new campaign ideas.
• Report weekly on revenue, CTR, unsub/complaint rates and incrementality.
