Job summary

Quince is hiring a Manager, CRM Category Expansion to own end-to-end campaigns across email, SMS, push, and in-app for the UK, Germany, and France. You’ll lead briefs, localization, and QA with Merchandising, Design, and US Marketing, while collaborating with Tech on dynamic product/price modules.

You will optimize deliverability, segmentation, and testing, reporting weekly on revenue, CTR, and incrementality, and push for faster, more personalized delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CRM/email marketing in DTC/ecommerce.
• Hands-on with Iterable, Braze, Klaviyo, or SFMC across multi-market campaigns.
• Experience delivering SMS, push, and in-app campaigns; HTML/CSS for email QA.
• SQL knowledge; ability to self-serve audience/results checks in Looker.
• A/B testing and incrementality; using AI in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the UK/EU campaign calendar end-to-end across email, SMS, push, and in‑app.
• Coordinate campaigns with Merchandising, Design, Copy, and US Marketing.
• Own audience segmentation, frequency caps, and suppression/consent logic.
• Build and maintain production engine: templates, feeds, content blocks.
• Partner with Tech and Data to improve comms (pricing, stock) and run tests.
• Own deliverability and list health across all markets.
• Translate results into monthly insights and generate new campaign ideas.
• Report weekly on performance and coordinate with Lifecycle team.
