Job summary

CrowdStrike is seeking a Corporate Sales Engineer to support the German Corporate Team and remote opportunities. You will deploy, configure, and demonstrate Falcon to prospects, learning new attack techniques and gathering technical requirements to drive POVs.

You'll collaborate with sales and pre-sales, present the technical message, and ensure a strong customer experience while staying up-to-date on cybersecurity trends and AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical roles (support, consulting, or systems engineering) with self-direction and organizational excellence.
• Exceptional communication abilities delivering clear and impactful presentations to both technical and business audiences.
• Advanced problem-solving capabilities with success resolving complex technical challenges under pressure.
• Strong technical acumen with ability to evaluate architectures and identify security vulnerabilities and optimization opportunities.
• Intellectual curiosity and competitive drive, with passion for continuous learning.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes.
• Native fluency and business level German and English.
• Bonus points: incident response, computer forensics, network administration and management and endpoint security.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the technical champion in the opportunities.
• Deliver technical product presentations & demonstrations.
• Articulate the CrowdStrike technical message where required.
• Ask open and challenging discovery questions that help uncover pain and drive requirements.
• Run Proof of Values (POV) with approved success criteria demonstrating the benefits and value of the platform.
• Collaborate with the Product Management team as a liaison for key accounts and their technical product requirements.
• Learn and test different cyber security attack techniques against the CrowdStrike Falcon platform.
• Provide informal training to the Corporate team on CrowdStrike technology and competitive messaging.
• Serve as our customers' primary point of contact for feedback and resolution of issues that require assistance from the Support team.
