Xometry is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to join our Sales Team and support growth across international markets. You will develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, and build long-term partnerships with SMBs across varied industries.

This full-time remote role requires fluent Italian and English, strong communication, and a commercial mindset to grow in a fast-paced international environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in sales, business development, customer success, or account management.
• Fluent Italian and English are mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and negotiate.
• Commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and meet targets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and expand the customer base through outbound and inbound leads.
• Achieve sales plans and individual KPIs.
• Handle customer requests promptly and professionally.
• Maintain high-quality customer data in Salesforce.
• Support customers with usage, submissions, and orders.
• Identify upsell opportunities and new business.
