PriceLabs is seeking a Product Specialist to serve as the first line of customer communication. This entry-role offers growth into Sales, Success, Marketing, and Data Science, with the potential to move across departments as you develop.

The position supports customers from Spain, Portugal or Italy, focusing on clear, helpful interactions and rapid problem-solving. The role operates within a remote-first team, with a CET shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, five days a week, and a total compensation

Formación

• Must be located in Spain, Portugal or Italy and have full work authorization.
• Fluent in English and one of French, Spanish or Portuguese.
• Up to two years of experience in a relevant role.
• Strong empathy, curiosity and problem-solving mindset.
• Solid analytical skills; comfortable with numbers and math.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of customer issues and drive resolution.
• Conduct product walkthroughs and respond to customer inquiries.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and provide solutions to issues.
• Provide prompt, accurate feedback to customers.
• Record and close all tickets properly.
• Answer questions via email, phone, and live video calls.
• Seek ways to go above and beyond to help customers.
