PriceLabs is seeking a Product Specialist to be the first point of contact for customers in a remote-first setup. This entry role offers growth across departments and a shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM CET, open to residents of Spain, Portugal or Italy with full work authorization.

Formación

• Must be native/bilingual in French, Spanish or Portuguese with fluent English.
• Maximum of two years' experience in any relevant role or field.
• Empathy, patience, curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with databases (including SQL queries), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and experience with Zoho Desk or other support software.

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and drive to resolution.
• Conduct product walkthroughs and answer customer queries.
• Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer problems to identify solutions.
• Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers via email, phone, and video calls.
• Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues in the system.
• Find ways to go above and beyond to help customers.
