Teleperformance Portugal is seeking an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish market, UK, and Portugal. You will assist customers with account/billing issues and technical troubleshooting while delivering empathetic, clear support in a multilingual, international setting.

The role requires fluency in Castilian Spanish, English at B1+, and one regional language (Basque, Catalan/Valencian or Galician). Working 40 hours/week on a rotating 24/7 schedule with relocation options is available.

Formación

• Castilian Spanish — full fluency
• English — B1 or above
• Plus one of: Basque, Catalan / Valencian or Galician

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional, friendly and empathetic customer support
• Handle account management and billing inquiries
• Troubleshoot common technical issues and guide customers towards effective solutions
• Explain our products, services and features clearly
