Job summary

360Learning is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our DACH team from Spain. You will generate opportunities from top priority accounts and own the qualification of inbound and outbound leads to create opportunities for the Account Executives.

You will partner with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to build a strong pipeline, master our tool stack (SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong), and advance from onboarding to monthly quotas while working remotely across Spain.

Qualifications

• First experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a BDR/ SDR or Inside Sales.
• Proven experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Active listening and ability to uncover customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Generate opportunities from top priority accounts for DACH team.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to create opportunities for Account Executives.
• Pitch the 360Learning value proposition and understand customer pain points.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to build a robust pipeline and forecast performance.
