Job summary

360Learning is seeking an Account Executive to drive revenue in the German-speaking markets, focusing on mid-market opportunities and working with an international, collaborative team. You will rely on proven sales methodologies to hit quotas and contribute to our German growth strategy.

You will lead product demonstrations, respond to requests for proposals, grow your network with HR and training decision-makers, and develop the best sales strategies to close deals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS in an Account Executive or Presales role.
• Experience performing complex software demos within the sales process.
• Fluent German and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue on German-speaking markets with a mid-market focus.
• Lead opportunities from demo to closing and respond to RFPs.
• Develop sales strategies and build a strong pipeline.
• Network with HR and training decision-makers and expand accounts.
• Contribute to Germany growth strategy and sales efforts.
