360Learning is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our DACH team. You will own selected accounts, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and create opportunities for DACH Account Executives while building a strong sales pipeline.

The role emphasizes collaboration with marketing, demand gen, and sales coaches, with onboarding and ongoing coaching. Fluent German and English are required; experience with Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong is a plus.

Formación

First experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales.
Experience in inbound lead generation and/or outbound.
Experience using Salesforce, Salesloft, and Gong is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Active listening and ability to uncover customer needs in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent German and English (B2 level or equivalent).
Commitment to company culture and ethos.

Responsabilidades

Own onboarding and ramp as a BDR; qualify leads and create first opportunities for AEs.
Master tool stack (SalesLoft, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong) and ramp up; support AEs.
Qualify inbound/outbound leads; forecast performance; collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality.
Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform and assist in onboarding new team members.
