Job summary

Youtrust in Barcelona is seeking a German-speaking BDR to generate qualified pipeline for the DACH market from our Barcelona office. You will identify target accounts, book meetings, and pass strong opportunities to Account Executives, working with DACH AEs on account-based plays and maintaining accurate Salesforce data.

You will use AI-assisted research and outreach, adapt quickly to feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, Europe-wide team with a hybrid work setup in Spain.

Qualifications

• Native German and advanced English.
• Around one year of BDR or outbound experience.
• Comfort with high-volume, personalized outreach and cold calling.
• Resilient and quick to adapt after rejection.
• Hunter mindset with proactive account farming.
• Proficient in Salesforce and keeping pipeline clean.
• Willing to use AI for researching accounts and outreach.
• Receptive to feedback and quick to adjust.

Responsibilities

• Prospect target accounts in the DACH market through calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Book qualified meetings and hand off clean opportunities to Account Executives.
• Partner with DACH AEs on their book of business to run account-based plays.
• Keep Salesforce accurate and up to date on your activity, contacts and opportunities.
• Share what you learn from prospects and objections to improve the outbound motion.
