Job summary

WW Talents is hiring a Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to provide first-line B2B support for global brands. This remote role focuses on printer troubleshooting, software inquiries, and order processing via phone and email.

You will work Monday through Friday with occasional weekend shifts, receiving a relocation package and a structured onboarding. Progression to independence is expected within 6 months in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Portuguese.
• B2 English proficiency for training, internal communication, and knowledge base access.
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good computer literacy and confidence using digital tools.
• Strong problem-solving, customer service, and business communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Portuguese-speaking B2B customer service and support via phone and email.
• Assist customers with software-related inquiries and basic technical problems.
• Process and manage orders
• Document customer interactions and technical issues using CRM and ticketing systems
• Deliver professional, accurate, and solution-oriented customer support.
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.
