Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with 4+ years relevant experience or advanced degree with 2+ years; medical degree with tech skills accepted.
• Fluent (C1/C2) in Portuguese, English and Italian.
• Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment.
• Highly organized, able to multitask and prioritize assignments.
• Experience with analysing technical issues for continuous improvement; software troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation and coordinate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own documentation and continuous improvement projects.
• Occasional on-site support and training, domestic and international.
