Medtronic seeks a Remote Technical Services Specialist for Surgical Robotics to support Hugo and DS1 across EMEA. The role emphasizes clear communication with HCPs, SUS, and FSEs, driving issue resolution, and enabling updates to documentation from a remote setting.

You will join a multidisciplinary team, work across several countries, and participate in on-call coverage. A strong engineering or medical background and fluency in PT/EN/IT are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's or master's in biomedical, electrical, or mechanical engineering.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a large capital equipment environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; software troubleshooting experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation to resolve customer issues and initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other technicians to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own continuous improvement projects and document system entries promptly.
• Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally.
• Maintain regular hours 8:00-16:30 CET; on-call 7AM-7PM rotating.
