Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in biomedical/electrical/mechanical engineering with 4+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2+ years
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2)
• Experience with robotics or motion control in a capital equipment environment
• Highly organized, flexible, multi-tasking, able to prioritize
• Experience with software troubleshooting and problem solving

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE
• Drive escalation process to resolve customer issues and initiate field service when needed
• Collaborate with other specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests
• Perform technical activities requiring judgment and own continuous improvement projects
• Ensure documentation and system entries are complete and up to date
• Focus on remote support with occasional onsite training domestically and internationally
• Regular hours 8:00–16:30 CET with on-call 7AM–7PM rotating
