Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Service Specialist to support the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 platform across EMEA. The role requires bilingual communication in Portuguese, English and Italian and involves remote technical liaison with health professionals, start-up specialists and field service engineers.

The candidate will drive escalation, troubleshoot, and contribute to continuous improvement while occasionally traveling for onsite training, with regular CET

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (biomedical/electrical/mechanical) or related field.
• Fluency in Portuguese, English and Italian (C1/C2).
• Experience with robotics or motion control in large capital equipment environment.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Experience with software troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote technical support for the Hugo robotic system and DS1 to HCP, SUS and FSE.
• Drive escalation to resolve customer issues and initiate field service when needed.
• Collaborate with other technical service specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
• Own continuous improvement projects and ensure documentation is complete.
• Occasional onsite support/training domestically and internationally.
