Job summary

Zscaler is seeking a remote Sales Engineer (Spain/BE/PL/UK&I) to drive pre-sales activities, enable partners, and support architecture demonstrations. You will work with global teams to translate requirements into scalable security solutions, leveraging AI tools and solid networking knowledge. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Ideal candidates will have an undergraduate degree or equivalent hands-on experience and a drive to grow into a senior Sales Engineer role within our Velocity Center.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate strong AI fluency by leveraging AI tools to accelerate troubleshooting and solution design.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience positioning AI-driven solutions.
• Up to two years of technical professional experience.
• Solid grasp of core internetworking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, and secure tunneling.
• Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent hands-on experience.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive technical assistance to distributors, partners, and internal units.
• Support product demonstrations and collaborate with senior Engineers during co-selling cycles.
• Set up and troubleshoot sandbox environments and create reusable technical assets.
• Facilitate partner enablement programs and technical trainings.
• Collaborate with international teams to map architectures to client requirements.
