Lever, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer based in Spain to help enterprise customers unlock the full potential of AI solutions.

You will work closely with Account Executives, customer technical teams, and internal Product teams to design scalable, tailored solutions and support deployments. You will identify recurring customer needs and translate them into standardized processes, self-service resources, and scalable product capabilities.

Formación

• Experience working directly with customers on technical challenges.
• Strong Python programming and software architecture knowledge.
• Ability to architect integrations between AI solutions and existing systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly for customer engagements.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Account Executives to address customer needs with technical guidance.
• Work with customers to understand challenges and architect effective solutions.
• Design and deliver technical demos that showcase product capabilities and value.
• Create enablement materials to improve the sales team's technical knowledge.
• Build self-service resources and implementation materials for customers.
• Identify recurring integration patterns that can be standardized.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn needs into scalable capabilities.
• Help establish efficient internal processes for delivering solutions.
