Job summary

Lighthouse is on a mission to revolutionize hospitality with its AI-powered platform. You’ll own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to closing, targeting hotels and hospitality brands across international markets.

You’ll build a robust pipeline, develop strategic accounts, and leverage AI-enabled tools and MEDDPICC to maximize deal value and closes. You’ll join a global Revenue team of 150+ sales professionals, working with Enablement, Pre-Sales, Coaching, and Product to shape the path from

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a closing SaaS sales role.
• Hunter by instinct with a competitive drive.
• Experience turning multi-stakeholder opportunities into multi-product deals.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
• Open net-new accounts and grow into full-platform customers.
• Build and manage a 3x pipeline, forecast honestly, and hit quota.
• Coordinate with Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents in an AI-enabled stack.
• Collaborate with Product to gather market feedback and influence roadmap.
