Job summary
Lighthouse is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to join our global Revenue team in Barcelona with remote options. You will manage a portfolio of complex accounts, driving adoption, retention, and revenue growth through strong technical leadership and customer collaboration.
You will be the SME across Lighthouse products, AI capabilities, and integrations, translating technical insights into measurable business outcomes for hotel clients and partners.
Qualifications
- Own the technical relationship across a portfolio of complex managed accounts.
- Partner with Account Executives on strategy, retention, expansion and renewal planning.
- Identify adoption gaps, risks, and opportunities; translate capabilities into value.
- Serve as a senior SME across Lighthouse products, integrations, and AI capabilities.
- Explain complex scenarios to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Build account-specific adoption plans linking Lighthouse capabilities to business outcomes.
- Drive sustained adoption of core products, advanced functionality, and AI features.
- Lead adoption sessions, value reviews, and renewal preparations.
- Monitor milestones and intervene when value is not realized.
