Job summary

ElevenLabs is seeking a remote‑first Customer Success leader for Southern Europe. You will own a defined book of business, drive renewals and expansions, and partner with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to convert technical wins into revenue across Spain and Italy.

You will advise on production deployment, monitor usage, and navigate API integrations and SDKs to optimize outcomes while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Customer Success, Account Management or Technical Account Management for B2B SaaS/AI products in Southern Europe.
• Proven experience owning and managing a defined Book of Business.
• Fluent in Spanish, Italian and English (all three languages required).
• Experience working across Southern Europe; knowledge of local landscape and culture.
• Familiarity with building and deploying AI agents.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, enable, and drive growth across ElevenLabs’ platform and core models for a defined book of business.
• Advise customers on production deployment and monitor usage/performance to reduce friction and boost adoption.
• Own commercial outcomes: renewals, expansions, and cross-sell; aim for positive revenue retention and growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Marketing to translate wins into revenue.
