Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Regional Head of Performance Marketing in Spain to lead lead generation and scale the region’s digital marketing efforts. You will shape the overall strategy, align marketing with sales, and enhance ROI across campaigns and channels.

The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to leverage data to optimise performance and drive predictable pipeline. Experience in education industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Education: University degree, with specialisation in Marketing preferred
• 7+ years’ experience in performance marketing
• Proven experience of scaling digital marketing capabilities and optimising performance and ROI
• Experience of using key performance marketing platforms including Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and HubSpot
• Demonstrable experience of managing marketing agencies
• Experience working in a global, matrix organisation
• Exceptional communication and project management skills
• Strong understanding of analysis and optimisation processes across key marketing platforms
• Strong project management, communication and organisational skills

Responsibilities

• Drive lead generation to meet regional pipeline targets.
• Define and implement the overall Performance Marketing strategy to guarantee pipeline.
• Build relationships across the region and influence cross-functional teams.
