Jobgether SRL is seeking a German-speaking Performance Marketing Lead based in Spain to own paid acquisition for 25+ B2B SaaS brands. This strategic, hands-on role combines managing high‑value accounts with directing a network of PPC freelancers.

You will optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms, improve tracking, attribution, and CRM integrations, and collaborate with analytics and SEO teams.

Competenze

• Experience owning paid media budgets of €1M+ annually.
• B2B lead generation and search advertising expertise.
• Ability to manage varied budgets and prioritize resources.
• Advanced Google/Microsoft Ads with hands-on LinkedIn Ads.
• GA4, GTM, offline conversions, and CRM integrations knowledge.
• German proficiency at C1 or native level with German ad copy skills.
• Fluent English for international collaboration.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and budgeting judgement.
• Experience leading freelancers and setting expectations.
• Interest in AI-powered workflows and tools like Claude.
• Self-directed, fully remote work style.
