Lead cross‑functional teams and strategic partners, craft ROI‑driven campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and more, and align with Business Strategy to accelerate market penetration. Hybrid Madrid location.

Formación

• 10+ years in digital and growth marketing with strong ROI.
• Deep expertise in Meta advertising and multi-channel campaigns.
• Strong forecasting, performance metrics, and P&L usage.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end marketing strategy for experiences and long-term growth.
• Develop scalable marketing plans for exclusive experiences worldwide.
• Lead multi-channel campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok with strong ROI.
• Partner with Strategy and Growth Marketing to maximize regional growth.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Creative, Design, Media, CRM, Content, Product.
• Oversee and optimize large marketing budgets and regional P&L.
