Santander is seeking a Growth and Performance Lead Sr. Analyst based in Madrid to drive paid media scaling, generative search strategies, and organic/owned media optimization across markets.

You will partner with local teams to optimize ROI, align with LTV/CAC, and report on performance through dashboards. The role requires 7+ years in performance marketing, multinational experience, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Digital marketing certifications (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint).
• MBA or postgraduate studies preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Define and coordinate global paid media investment strategies aligned with growth targets.
• Identify scaling opportunities across markets and products.
• Optimize channel mix, bidding strategies and budget allocation to maximize ROI.
• Support countries in moving from pilot campaigns to scalable, always-on performance models.
• Align paid media investment with LTV/CAC economics and build dashboards.
