Flowtec Group is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive data center sales growth across Southern Europe. You will develop market strategies, engage with owners, operators, and EPCs, and secure specifications for HVAC and Direct Liquid Cooling solutions.

The role requires travel across Spain, France, and Italy and close collaboration with European engineering and sales teams. You will manage regional service offerings, pricing strategies, and represent the company at industry

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years in data center sales or business development.
Technical affinity for HVAC, cooling, or energy-efficient infrastructure.

Responsabilidades

Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Data Center market in Southern Europe.
Drive business development with data center owners, operators, consultants and EPCs.
Build strong customer relationships and secure project specifications for HVAC and DLC solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
Collaborate with local Sales Companies, engineering teams, project managers, and cooling specialists across Europe.
