Flowtec Solutions Ltd is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for Data Center activities in Southern Europe (Spain, France, Italy). You will drive sales strategies, build strategic relationships with data center owners, operators, and consultants, and help expand mission-critical HVAC and Direct Liquid Cooling offerings across Europe.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of successful sales or business development experience in data center industry.
Strong understanding of regional data center ecosystem and specification selling.
Technical affinity for HVAC, cooling technologies, flow systems, or energy-efficient infrastructure.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with CRM systems (Dynamics 365) and SAP is an advantage.
Fluent in Spanish and English; French/Italian desirable.
Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region (Spain, France, Italy).

Responsabilidades

Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Southern Europe Data Center market.
Drive business development with data center owners, operators, consultants, EPCs, contractors, and stakeholders.
Build strong customer relationships and secure project specifications for mission-critical HVAC and DLC solutions.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing accounts.
Collaborate with local Sales Companies, engineering teams, project managers, and cooling specialists across Europe.
Develop regional service offerings and pricing strategies aligned with European Data Center business.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings in the region.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments for growth opportunities.
