Flowtec Group is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for the Data Center sector in Southern Europe. You will drive strategy, build key customer relationships, and secure specifications for mission-critical cooling solutions across Spain, France, and Italy.

The role requires a track record in data center sales, a technical affinity for HVAC and DLC, and willingness to travel. You will collaborate with engineering, project management, and regional teams in a dynamic, international

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
3+ years of sales or business development experience in the data center industry.
Experience with CRM systems and regional data center ecosystems.
Willingness to travel regularly across Southern Europe (Spain, France, Italy).
Fluent in Spanish and English; French/Italian desirable.

Responsabilidades

Develop and implement sales strategies for Data Center markets in Southern Europe.
Drive business development with data center owners, operators, and contractors.
Build relationships and secure project specifications for HVAC and DLC solutions.
Collaborate with local sales teams, engineering, and project managers across Europe.
Represent the company at events and customer meetings in the region.
