Flowtec Group is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager for the Data Center sector across Southern Europe. You will drive sales strategies, build strategic relationships with operators and contractors, and expand data center offerings like HVAC and Direct Liquid Cooling across Spain, France, and Italy.

You will collaborate with European teams, travel regularly in the region, and contribute to growth initiatives and regional pricing strategies in a dynamic, international environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of successful sales or business development experience within the data center industry.
• Strong understanding of the regional data center ecosystem and specification selling.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement the sales strategy for the Southern Europe Data Center market in alignment with the European Data Center organization.
• Drive business development with data center owners, operators, consultants, EPCs, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
• Build strong customer relationships and secure project specifications for mission-critical HVAC and Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) solutions.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while supporting existing customer accounts.
• Collaborate closely with local Sales Companies, engineering teams, project managers, and cooling specialists across Europe.
• Support the development of regional service offerings and pricing strategies in line with the European Data Center business.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings throughout the region.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitive developments to identify future growth opportunities.
